Testimonials

I had an excellent mini consultation with Ashish. We also had an interesting conversation on Ayurveda and how it can help your body and mind. Ashish made me feel comfortable and relax , I felt I can trust her with my story. I look forward to seeing her again at her Harley street practice soon.

I had a great experience with my treatment at Ashishveda. Ashish is a very knowledgeable and caring practitioner. I felt very relaxed after the treatment and rejuvenated. Ashish takes time to know her patients first and she gave me very useful tips to maintain my health as I felt burnt out at the time. I highly recommend Ashishveda for anyone who wants to improve their wellbeing and feel rejuvenated!

Dr. Ashish Paul provided my partner and I with deep knowledge and understanding of how to change our lifestyles to help us conceive naturally. I believe that Dr. Ashish’s protocols, including changing our diet, incorporating daily movement and breath work, all contributed to us conceiving our miracle baby girl. Thank you so much Dr. Ashish!

I was referred to Dr Ashish when my 3rd transfer failed and I was at a place where I wanted to give my body time to recover and work on myself for a few months before doing my 4th transfer. I am type 2 diabetic, and our reason for doing IVF was male factor but also I had to battle and get my Hba1c levels down to 6.0 % (mmol/mol). We were quite lucky in that we managed to get 13 eggs from one egg retrieval, 10 of these fertilised and 9 made it to day 5 blastocyst stage. However after 3 embryo transfers and being unsuccessful we decided to get the remaining 6 embryos PGTA tested. 2/6 came back as euploid. This made me want to make sure that my body and mind was in the best condition possible before doing the 4th transfer. As you can imagine we had already spent a lot as we went to a private fertility clinic for IVF.

My first session with Dr Ashish was great, she helped me let out and overcome quite a lot of emotions that had built up inside of me throughout my IVF journey. I didn’t realise I was even holding in so much. We had been through a lot already, 1st transfer was successful but ended at 6 weeks with a blighted ovum, 2nd and 3rd transfers both failed to implant. Myself and my husband were at a point where we felt like it was never going to happen and couldn’t understand why it wasn’t working. There was a lot of pent up frustration and disappointment. I found myself at an all time low mentally/stress was at an all time high. I wanted to work on reducing my stress levels and finding better ways of handling stressful situations that are not within my control.

Then she helped me formulate a 12 week plan which consisted of adjusting my diet, taking fertility antioxidants, gut health capsules, fertility massages (these were amazing, I felt so relaxed after each one), breathing/Yoga exercises and visualisations. I felt myself having more energy, my digestive system was regulated, my sugar levels were much better and I even lost some weight. We also found that my uterus lining was much thicker and healthier than before. I also found my mood to be better and being able to handle my emotions better in stressful situations. Every week we would have a Zoom call where she would check in on my progress and keep me motivated. If I had any issues, she would help me make adjustments so I was able to continue on my positive transformation.

I did my 4th transfer on 21st November 2023. We transferred one of the PGTA tested embryos, and it stuck! I believe it was a combination of Dr Ashish’s sessions/guidance, as well as making small but significant changes to my diet and lifestyle, losing a bit more weight and lowering my stress levels that helped us have a successful round. We are currently 27 weeks pregnant.

I still follow the diet and breathing/yoga exercises I was taught by Dr Ashish and so far my pregnancy has been good and healthy. I have had to keep very strict control of my sugars and I am taking insulin as a safety measure based on advice given via NHS.

Me and my husband would like to thank Dr Ashish for all the help/advice and guidance given to help us achieve our goal. We are super excited to meet our rainbow baby girl – we are due on 8th August 2024! We would highly recommend Dr Ashish. She is super patient, always has an empathetic but positive approach to keep you motivated throughout. Was worth every penny and I have permanently incorporated her advice and guidance into my daily routine to maintain a healthy mind and body throughout my pregnancy and life in general.

One miscarriage after IVF. Sperm health issues nobody had addressed. Then — their son.

“Mr and Mrs RB came to me after a miscarriage following their first IVF cycle. They had been through the grief of that loss together — and were preparing for a second cycle.

What struck me when I first assessed them both was how incomplete the picture had been. Mrs RB had been thoroughly investigated — her hormones, her ovarian reserve, her uterine environment. Mr RB had a standard semen analysis that had raised some concerns, but nobody had looked further.

When I assessed Mr RB properly, the picture was clearer — specific sperm health issues that were addressable with targeted Ayurvedic support, lifestyle adjustments, and gut optimisation. He had been taking supplements but absorbing a fraction of them. His sleep was disrupted. His stress load was high.

We worked with both of them — individual Ayurvedic herb protocols, constitutional dietary guidance, gut priming for both, breathwork for stress regulation. Their second IVF cycle was successful.

Mr and Mrs RB’s son is now four years old.

They told me they were thankful — not just for the outcome, but for finally being looked at as two people in a shared journey. For the first time, both of them had been properly assessed and supported.

That is what a Couple’s Fertility Review is for.”
