Rooted
A Women’s Wellness Series
Ayurvedic Wisdom · Somatic Healing · Women’s Health
Understand your body. Release what you’re carrying. Become who you’re ready to be.
WHAT IS ROOTED
ROOTED is a three-part immersive women’s wellness series bringing together Ayurvedic wisdom, somatic healing, and trauma-informed mind-body practice.
Led by Ashish — Ayurvedic Physician with 30 years of clinical experience — and Fay — trauma therapist, transformational coach, and consultant sonographer — ROOTED explores your wellbeing from two interconnected perspectives:
Who are you constitutionally?
What has your body learned through your experiences?
This is not a workshop where you sit and listen. ROOTED is experiential, embodied, and practical — combining Ayurvedic exploration with breathwork, EFT tapping, guided visualisation, meditation, havening, nervous system regulation, and somatic practice.
The ROOTED Journey
October — Sunday 11 October
WHO ARE YOU? — Understand.
Before we can create meaningful change, we need to understand ourselves. October explores the relationship between the constitution you were born with, the body you live in, and the emotional experiences and beliefs that have shaped how you move through life.
The central question: Who are you beneath your patterns, roles, and conditioning?
November
WHAT ARE YOU HOLDING? — Release.
We carry stress, emotion, and protective patterns long after the original experience has passed. November turns the focus inward — what is your body holding, and what might you be ready to begin releasing?
December
WHO ARE YOU BECOMING? — Integrate.
Healing is not only about understanding what happened before. It is about how you choose to live moving forward. December brings the ROOTED journey together — reconnecting with your needs, values, and the woman you are becoming.
What To Expect
Each ROOTED day moves through four interconnected experiences:
🌿 Ayurvedic Wisdom with Ashish
Discover your Ayurvedic constitution — your unique biological type — and understand how it shapes your energy, digestion, sleep, emotions, and women’s health. Learn how to work with your body rather than against it.
🌿 Women’s Health and Embodiment with Fay
Explore the relationship between women’s health, the nervous system, and the body. Somatic body awareness, nervous system exploration, and recognising how your body holds and communicates experience.
🌿 Ayurvedic Integration with Ashish
Take the Ayurvedic exploration deeper — connecting your constitution with your patterns, lifestyle, and practical approaches to restoring and maintaining balance.
🌿 Somatic Healing Experience with Fay
An immersive mind-body session incorporating EFT tapping, breathwork, somatic practices, guided visualisation, havening, and meditation — tailored to the theme of each workshop.
No previous experience of Ayurveda, breathwork, or somatic work is required

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Ashish Paul — Ayurvedic Physician and Women’s Health Specialist
Ashish is an Ayurvedic physician with 30 years of clinical experience and 12 years of specialist fertility and women’s health practice. Based at Harley Street, London, she combines classical Ayurvedic medicine with modern science to support women through every stage of their hormonal and reproductive health journey.
Ashish holds a BAMS degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery, an MSc in Herbal Medicine, and is a certified NLP and Hypnosis Master Practitioner. She is also a qualified Dynamic Yoga teacher — bringing movement, breath, and body awareness into her clinical work as an integral part of the healing process.
Her approach is rooted in the Ayurvedic understanding that women’s health is never one thing in isolation — it is the expression of the whole person. Constitution, digestion, nervous system, stress response, hormonal balance, and cellular environment are all part of the picture she works with.
She has supported women across the UK and internationally to transform their health picture through constitutional Ayurvedic medicine, personalised herbal protocols, and therapeutic support — many arriving having been told their options were limited, and leaving with a plan, a protocol, and renewed hope.
Ashish believes the body is dynamic, renewable, and profoundly responsive — given the right conditions.
MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
Fay Chaudhry — Trauma Therapist, Transformational Coach, Consultant Sonographer and Women’s Health Specialist
Fay is a trauma therapist, transformational coach, consultant sonographer and women’s health specialist with a professional background spanning healthcare, fertility, education and therapeutic practice. Based in London, she brings together psychological, somatic and mind-body approaches to support people in understanding and healing the deeper patterns that shape how they feel, relate and respond to the world around them.
Fay holds an MSc in Medical Ultrasound and has extensive clinical experience as a Consultant Sonographer, including specialist work across women’s health, gynaecology and fertility. Her years of working closely with women through different stages of their reproductive and hormonal health have given her a distinctive understanding of the relationship between physical health, emotional wellbeing and the lived experience of the body.
Alongside her clinical career, Fay is a qualified coach and has trained in Hypnotherapy, NLP and EFT, with additional training in EMDR-based approaches, breathwork, Havening, somatic practices, mindfulness and energy-based therapies. She integrates these approaches to work with the mind, body, emotions and nervous system rather than viewing any one part in isolation.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that our patterns rarely exist in isolation. Fear of abandonment, rejection, anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional dysregulation and difficulties in relationships can often be understood more deeply by exploring what lies beneath the pattern. She works with the nervous system, subconscious beliefs, attachment wounds, emotions and embodied responses rather than focusing only on what is happening at the surface.
Fay supports people to explore the experiences and protective patterns that may be keeping them stuck, while creating greater emotional safety, self-awareness and choice. Her work integrates talking therapy with experiential techniques including EFT, breathwork, visualisation, meditation, somatic awareness and subconscious change work, allowing healing to be approached through both mind and body.
Fay believes our patterns tell a story, but they do not have to write the ending. When we understand what lies beneath them and create safety within the mind and body, we can begin to respond to life from choice rather than old wounds.
Real Stories from Women Like You
“I followed every Ayurvedic protocol Ashish gave me. I loved how simple yet powerful they were. On my next IVF cycle I finally got pregnant with my baby boy.
“I took so much from Fay’s Letting Go workshop and I’m so glad I came. It had such a positive and peaceful impact on me, and I genuinely feel like I let go of something.
I absolutely loved the EFT, I think it was probably my favourite part ❤️ It resonated with me perfectly.
It was exactly what I needed, even though I didn’t know I needed it.
Such a lovely experience 🥰”
