You Have Not Run Out Of Answers. You Have Run Out Of People Asking The Right Questions.

A specialist Recurrent Miscarriage Review combining 12 years of clinical fertility practice with Ayurvedic medicine and modern reproductive science. Harley Street, London and online worldwide.

This review is for you if —

  • You have experienced two or more miscarriages and feel the medical system has run out of answers
  • You have been told your miscarriages are chromosomal and age-related — but nobody has looked at your partner’s sperm DNA fragmentation
  • You have had a full recurrent miscarriage investigation and everything came back normal — and you still have no clear plan
  • You have been given blood thinners, progesterone support, or steroids — but the underlying picture has never been fully addressed
  • You are carrying the grief and fear of each loss alongside the pressure of trying again
  • You want someone to look at the whole picture — immune system, gut health, constitutional balance, both partners — not just your chromosomes

What Recurrent Miscarriage Investigations Miss

Recurrent miscarriage investigations are thorough by conventional standards. They look at chromosomes, clotting disorders, uterine anatomy, and selected immune markers.

And yet — for many women — everything comes back normal. And the answer they receive is: try again.

What conventional investigation rarely assesses:

The gut-immune connection. T-cell imbalance — one of the most significant drivers of implantation failure and early miscarriage — is directly connected to gut health and absorption. A chronically inflamed gut creates immune dysregulation that can cause the body to treat an implanting embryo as a foreign body rather than protecting it. This connection is almost never explored in standard recurrent miscarriage care.

Sperm DNA fragmentation. Every miscarriage is assumed to be a maternal issue until proven otherwise. But every embryo has 23 chromosomes from the egg and 23 from the sperm. Chromosomal errors in miscarriage can originate from either. Sperm DNA fragmentation — which is not measured in a standard semen analysis — is a significant and frequently missed contributor to recurrent pregnancy loss.

The inflammatory load. Systemic inflammation affects implantation, placental development, and early pregnancy maintenance. It is rarely assessed before or between treatment cycles.

The constitutional picture. How your specific body type responds to stress, how your hormones are metabolised, how your nervous system is affecting your immune environment — none of this is part of a standard recurrent miscarriage workup.

A miscarriage investigation tells you what is measurably wrong. It does not tell you everything that is contributing.

What Your Recurrent Miscarriage Review Includes

This review looks at your complete picture — through the lens of both Ayurvedic medicine and modern reproductive science simultaneously.

🌿 Your full history — read as a pattern

Every miscarriage, every investigation result, every treatment tried — reviewed together to identify what has been missed and what the pattern is telling us.

🌿 Your Ayurvedic constitutional assessment (Prakriti)

Your unique biological type — governing how your immune system responds, how hormones are metabolised, how your gut processes nutrients, and how stress affects your reproductive environment specifically.

🌿 Gut health and immune regulation

The connection between gut absorption, inflammatory load, and immune dysregulation — including T-cell balance — that is almost never explored in conventional recurrent miscarriage care.

🌿 Your partner’s picture

Sperm DNA fragmentation, lifestyle, gut health, and constitutional factors that may be contributing to embryo quality and chromosomal integrity. Both partners are part of this picture — always.

🌿 Hormonal and progesterone support

Luteal phase assessment, progesterone patterns, and the hormonal environment of early pregnancy — addressed naturally and constitutionally.

🌿 Stress response and nervous system

Chronic stress directly affects immune regulation, inflammatory load, and the hormonal environment of early pregnancy. This is assessed and addressed as a clinical priority — not a lifestyle footnote.

🌿 Inflammatory load

Systemic inflammation as a driver of implantation failure and early pregnancy loss — and the Ayurvedic and nutritional interventions that address it at the root.

What you leave with:

✓ A clear picture of what has been missed and what we are addressing
✓ A personalised natural protocol for both partners where relevant
✓ Dietary and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your constitutional type
✓ Guidance on targeted herbal support for immune regulation, progesterone support, and anti-inflammatory action
✓ A prioritised plan for the next 90 days before trying again
✓ The feeling that someone has finally looked at the whole picture

A Chromosomal Miscarriage Is Not Automatically Your Eggs

When products of conception are sent for chromosomal analysis after a miscarriage, the result tells you that a chromosomal error occurred. It does not automatically tell you which parent it came from.

The assumption has always been maternal — particularly in older women. But emerging research is challenging this assumption significantly.

Sperm DNA fragmentation increases with age, oxidative stress, heat exposure, chronic stress, poor gut health, and lifestyle factors. High DNA fragmentation produces chromosomally compromised embryos. Those embryos miscarry.

A 2012 landmark study published in Nature found that de novo mutations in sperm — new genetic mutations arising in sperm rather than inherited — double between a man’s age of 20 and 40, at a rate of approximately two new mutations per year.

If your miscarriages have been attributed to chromosomal abnormality — has your partner’s sperm DNA fragmentation been tested?

Not semen analysis. DNA fragmentation. These are completely different tests measuring completely different things.

One tells you count and motility. The other tells you genetic integrity.

Both partners make this baby. Both partners need to be investigated.

What Becomes Possible

A successful pregnancy after 5 miscarriages

She had experienced five miscarriages. She was attending the ARGC — one of the most specialist recurrent miscarriage and implantation failure clinics in the UK. And still — no successful pregnancy.

When she came to me, we looked at both partners together. Constitutional assessment. Gut health. Immune picture. Sperm DNA fragmentation. The complete picture that even a specialist clinic had not fully assembled.

She conceived naturally. No further IVF. No further intervention.

They have a son who is now four years old.

Ayurvedic approach improved her fertility

She had eight miscarriages between the ages of 43 and 46. An organic Mediterranean diet for twenty years. A genuinely healthy life. And a gut that could not absorb what she was eating — silent, chronic inflammation from unresolved SIBO driving T-cell imbalance that was ending every pregnancy.

Conventional medicine never made that connection.

She took the path Ayurveda suggested. Four to six months to restore her gut, reduce her inflammatory load, and address the immune picture. She has never been healthier.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

I have had a full recurrent miscarriage investigation and everything was normal. Can you still help?

Yes — this is one of the most common presentations I see. A normal investigation tells you the conditions it tested for were not found. It does not tell you that nothing is contributing. Gut health, immune regulation, sperm DNA fragmentation, and constitutional imbalance are almost never part of a standard investigation — and they are almost always part of the picture.

Does my partner need to be involved?

I would strongly recommend it. Every miscarriage has two parents. Sperm DNA fragmentation is a significant and frequently missed contributor to recurrent pregnancy loss — and it is not measured in a standard semen analysis. Your partner’s participation could change everything we currently understand about your losses.

Is this available online?

Yes — the full review is available via video call for clients across the UK and internationally.

How soon after a miscarriage can I book?

There is no required waiting period. Many women find that having a clear plan in place — even in the weeks following a loss — is one of the most helpful things they can do for their wellbeing and their next steps.

What should I bring?

Any investigation results, chromosomal analysis from products of conception, semen analysis, and medical history. The more you can share, the more specific and useful the review will be.
