A small bunch of asparagus shoots – 150-200grams
Ghee – 1 tablespoon
Garlic – A tiny pinch (optional)
Sesame Seeds – ¼ tsp
Chia Seeds – Two pinches
Black Pepper – To garnish

Wash asparagus shoot. Cut the hard bits at the end. Warm ghee in a shallow pan. Add washed asparagus to the ghee. Sauté it on medium heat till slightly soft. Cover the pan with a lid for 3minutes on medium heat. While its hot, add sesame seeds and chia seeds. Garnish it with a pinch of salt (optional) and black pepper.
