Membership Terms
ACCESS AND USE
The Members’ Area is devoted exclusively to members who have registered with us and paid the appropriate membership fee. There are two membership options, a monthly pay as you go membership or an annual membership, details of which are available on our website.
In order to be able to access the information and resources offered in the Members’ Area, you will need to use a specific user ID, email address or other login information, such as a password (Login Information). The Login Information will be provided to you once you have registered to become a member and paid the relevant fee. You must not disclose your Login Information to any person or otherwise allow any person to access the Members’ Area using your Login Information.
You must take your own precautions to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this Members’ Area does not expose you to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage your own computer system. For the removal of doubt, we do not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to your own computer system which arises in connection with your use of this Members’ Area or any of our affiliated/linked websites (see below).
You may not use the Members’ Area:
• In any way that breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

WARNING REGARDING INFORMATION ON THE MEMBERS’ AREA
Access to the Members’ Area will provide you with certain health, wellbeing, support and other information provided by us and select third parties that we work with. We are facilitating the provision of that information on an “as is” basis. We do not make any representation or warranty that the information contained on the Members’ Area is reliable, accurate or complete or that your access to that information will be uninterrupted, timely or secure. We do not accept responsibility for loss suffered as a result of reliance by you upon the accuracy or currency of information contained in the Members’ Area.
Unless expressly stated under these Members’ Area Terms of Use:
• you may not copy, reproduce or republish information from the Members’ Area other than for your own non-commercial purposes, or permit or assist any third party to do the same except to the extent permitted by law.
• All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in the Members’ Area shall remain vested in us or our licensors as the case may be.

• You may not commercialise any information, products or services obtained from any part of the Members’ Area without our written permission or, in the case of third party material, from the owner of the copyright in that material.
The Members’ Area may contain links to other websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content of any such linked sites (Linked Sites) and our links to them should not be construed as an endorsement, approval or recommendation by us of the owners or operators of those Linked Sites unless we expressly state that to be the case in the Members’ Area. Use of Linked Sites will be subject to the terms and conditions of those Linked Sites, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with such terms and conditions if and when you use those Linked Sites.

We amend these terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our site, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at that time. These terms were most recently updated in April 2023.
RESTRICTED USE
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you are provided with access to this Members’ Area for your use only. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not without our written permission sell information obtained from this Members’ Area to any third party. This restriction not apply to any information which is already in the public domain, other than through a breach by you of this obligation, or which is required to be disclosed by law or a regulatory body.
You acknowledge that the Members’ Area is made available to you at our discretion and we reserve the right to interrupt, discontinue, remove or suspend the whole or part of the Members’ Area from time to time for operational reasons, such as maintenance, network performance and volume of use or for other necessary and reasonable purposes.
PRIVACY POLICY

BREACH OF THESE TERMS OF USE
When we consider that a breach of these terms has occurred, we may terminate your access to the Members’ Area or take such other action as we deem appropriate.
LIABILITY
This disclaimer set out in these Members’ Area Terms of Use does not attempt or purport to exclude liability arising under statute if, and to the extent, such liability cannot be lawfully excluded. In particular, nothing in these Members’ Area Terms of Use purports to limit or exclude any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by a person’s negligence.
We do not warrant that your use of the Members’ Area will produce the results you want or that use of the Members’ Area will satisfy all your requirements. Any information provided is not intended to provide definitive advice in any specific situation.
Neither we nor any of our affiliates accept responsibility for any loss or damage, however caused (including through negligence), which any person may directly or indirectly suffer in connection with or arising from your use of this Members’ Area or any Linked Site or your use of or reliance on information contained on or accessed through this Members’ Area. To the extent permitted by law, any condition or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these Terms of Use is hereby excluded.
You indemnify us and our affiliates, partners, employees and agents against all actions, claims and demands (including the cost of defending or settling any action, claim or demand) which may be instituted against us arising out of a failure by you or by any person using your Login Information (whether or not you have authorised that person to use your Login Information) to comply with these Terms of Use.
ENDING MEMBERSHIP
If you wish to terminate your membership at any time please let us know why by contacting [enquiry@ashishveda.uk] or by calling us on 02037459615 as we would like to alleviate any concerns you may have, but if we can’t change your mind, you letting us know you wish to cancel is all that you need to do. Please be aware that membership fees paid are not refundable on cancellation.
WHICH COUNTRY’S LAWS APPLY TO ANY DISPUTES?
These terms of use and any non-contractual disputes or claims are governed by English law. We both agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
