Turmeric powder organic 1/2tsp
Warm the milk in a pan. You could boil milk also. You could warm milk in a coffee machine if you like milk that way. Take it off heat. Add turmeric powder, mix it well. Your golden milk is ready for your bedtime drink.
Additional- You can add half a teaspoon of ghee in this cup of golden milk. (people with high cholesterol should consult an Ayurvedic Physician before doing this)
