FROM MY HEART TO YOURS: A NOTE FROM ASHISH

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re on a deeply personal — and at times emotional — journey. Whether you're just starting to think about conception, you've been trying for a while, or you’re looking to restore faith in your body after setbacks… I want you to know: you’re not alone.

I created this Egg Quality Guide because I’ve sat across from hundreds of women just like you — bright, capable, successful — but feeling confused, overwhelmed, and let down by their bodies or by the conventional system. I know this path not just as a practitioner, but as a woman who’s walked the edges of uncertainty myself.
As a qualified Ayurvedic fertility consultant and herbal medicine practitioner based in Harley Street, my mission is simple: to reconnect women with their innate wisdom, restore their fertility naturally, and help them conceive in a way that feels whole — not clinical, pressured, or disconnected.

Egg quality is often seen as a fixed, age-dependent measure. But in truth, it can be supported and improved through powerful natural methods. Your body is dynamic. Your eggs are listening. What you eat, how you sleep, the thoughts you think, and the herbs you take all play a role in your cellular health, your hormones, your energy — and yes, your fertility.

This guide brings together Ayurvedic science, modern nutritional insights, and what I teach during The Egg Quality Reset— a 7-day holistic challenge I run regularly with women all over the world. Inside, you’ll find a beautiful rhythm of daily themes, recipes, journal prompts, and small but powerful tasks to support your egg health and fertility potential.

Take what you need. Return to it whenever you like. Be kind to yourself.

This is not just about getting pregnant — it’s about reclaiming your power as a woman.

With warmth and deep belief in your journey,
Ashish Paul
Holistic Fertility Consultant & Ayurvedic Physician
