Ingredients for the Salad
2 red Anjou pears
6 cups spinach
½ cup walnuts, chopped
⅓ cup gorgonzola
Ingredients for the Vinaigrette
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
1 toothpick Basil oil
Dash of Himalayan salt
Instructions for making the salad
1. Blend the olive oil, white balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, and Himalayan salt.
2. Add Basil oil. Start with one toothpick to taste.
3. Once the dressing is flavoured to your liking, toss vinaigrette with salad ingredients.
Serve immediately.
